Weather through group ceremonies or one-on-one sessions I am committed to holding space for transformative experiences that facilitate growth, deep healing and spiritual awakening.

Escatic movement-dance is a chance to move your body and heal yourself through dance, to express yourself freely without judgment, to open yourself up and release stagnant energy and emotional release, leading to a deeper sense of awareness leaving you feeling empowered and high vibrations while connecting to your heart and allowing creativity and intuition to flow, facilitating deep healing and a greater sense of alignment to our higher selves with guided meditation and sound bath using the gong and other sacred instruments to help release emotional blockages. Conscious movement is accessible to all, no experience is needed as you will be guided throughout the journey with guided exercises to help relax and open yourself up. All you need is the ability to move your body in any way that feels right to you in a non judgment safe space.
