121 Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a gentle and therapeutic form of yoga practice that focuses on introspection, relaxation, rejuvenation and stress relief. During the session we use props such as blankets, bolsters and blocks to support the body in various poses. The poses are held for an extended period of time typically from 3 to 5 minutes allowing the body to completely relax and release tension. During this time we will concentrate on Breathwork and I will use medicine music sound tracks and option of sound therapy instruments including the gong, crystal bowls, crystal harp, gosh I chimes and more to aid in further relaxation and healing promoting physical, mental and emotional wellbeing encouraging deep relaxation and inner peace.
£50 for 60mins

Assisted Stretch Therapy
Assisted stretching is a technique that focuses on enhancing mobility and flexibility in muscles. This approach involves gently applying pressure and employing stretching methods similar to a Thai massage to gradually help muscles reach a greater range of motion effectively improving posture, flexibility, mobility enabling everyday activities and sports to be performed with more ease. Can be combined with massage for maximum Benefits.
